We're supporting ESOPATHON because…
For over 30 years, the Employee Ownership Foundation has been the principal driver for raising awareness about employee ownership with our singular purpose: to create more American employee owners. To be successful, we must have strong data and research that proves what we all know – employee ownership works! That’s why the EOF funds essential research about employee ownership at academic institutions. Some projects have required the collection of data over years and even decades. However, this critically important research has laid the foundation to ensure employee ownership is understood by key decision-makers and can continue to be an option for more Americans. Additionally, the EOF supports employee owners and their companies through scholarships, fellowships, and special programming such as the Employee Owner Accelerator and the CEO leadership program at the University of Pennsylvania.
As the EOF enters its fourth decade, our nation and our economy are facing major transitions, which is why the Foundation needs resources to continue its highly successful and impactful legacy programs. Your support makes it possible for the EOF to dramatically increase awareness of the benefits employee ownership provides our nation while helping more business owners, and the public overall, understand its value.
